Board of Trustees Meeting
Tuesday, February 18, 2025 Agenda
The Board of Trustees(BOT) will meet on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, due to the President's Day Holiday on Monday. The agenda for the meeting is posted.
All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. To give comment, residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room or submit comments in advance of the meeting via email to the town clerk. In addition, interested parties may livestream or watch the meeting later via the town's website. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that on Thursday, February 20, 2025, residents are invited to join the Boulder County Commissioners for a Town Hall from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to discuss wildfire mitigation in the county. This Town Hall will be held at the Lyons Town Hall, 432 Fifth Ave., Lyons. Join the commissioners and Wildfire Mitigation Program Manager Jim Webster to discuss 10 things you can do to mitigate your home against wildfire as well as the 2024 Community Wildfire Protection Plan. The board will take questions on this topic and any other county-related issues brought up by residents.
In November 2024, Boulder County completed the 2024 Community Wildfire Protection Plan update, which was collaboratively developed with agency partners and significant community engagement and input. The plan addresses the new era of more intense climate-driven wildfires that have expanded beyond the mountains and foothills and threaten communities in the eastern plains of Boulder County.
