The Board of Trustees(BOT) will meet on Monday, July 1, 2024. The agenda for the July 1, 2024 meeting is now available.  Agenda items include:

• Public Hearing and 2nd Reading regarding an Ordinance to Add New Sections Concerning Amending Planned Unit Developments
• First Reading to Amend the Lyons Municipal Code to Allow Subdivision of Lots Less than 7,000 Sg Ft.
• First Reading Regarding a Flood Prevention Ordinance and FEMA Physical Map Revision
• Consent Agenda (Accounts Payable and Minutes)
• Discussion and Direction on the Five Acre Rule Amendment
• Discussion and Direction Regarding Remote Meetings Policy and Legislative Policy

  All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. There is a zoom option for each meeting or residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room or online. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance.
