Highlights for the week ahead:

Monday, July 3, 2023 
The normally scheduled BOT Meeting has been moved to Wednesday, July 5, 2023.

Tuesday, July 4, 2023
Town Hall closed in observance of Independence Day. 

Wednesday, July 5, 2023  6:00 pm  Board of Trustees Workshop
The BOT will be hosting a workshop via executive session, regarding the Boulder County IGA Negotiation Parameters and legal discussion.

Wednesday, July 52023  7:00 pm  Board of Trustees Meeting
The regularly scheduled BOT meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.  There will be a two public hearings, with second reading for Ordinance 1148, to consider amending the the park hours to be open from dawn to dusk. There will also be a public hearing to consider annexing 109 County Rd 69 ( a Boulder County flood buy-out property) into the Town, Ordinance 1149.

General Business will include an update regarding the St Vrain Corridor Trail Extension and funding information, as well as discussion of other grant opportunities.  The agenda is posted and includes the zoom link for those who want to participate via zoom. The public is also welcome to join the meeting from town hall. 

Wednesday, July 5, 2023 4:30 pm Utilities and Engineering Board
The UEB meets on the first Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– from the Town Hall Board Room or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting.
