Highlights for the week ahead:

Monday, May 1, 2023 5:30 pm  Board of Trustees Workshop
The BOT will be hosting a workshop regarding two items via executive session, the Boulder County IGA Negotiation Parameters will be held from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. A discussion regarding the Clark's Hardware Lease will be held from 6:30 pm - 6:50 pm.

Monday, May 1, 2023  7:00 pm  Board of Trustees Meeting
The regularly scheduled BOT meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The BOT meets on the first and third Monday of each month. The Housing and Human Services Commission is scheduled to give an update. There are several consent items on the agenda. General Business will include direction to staff regarding paving, painting and striping projects as well as staff direction regarding BOT considerations of the Boulder County IGA. The agenda is posted and includes the zoom link for those who want to participate via zoom. The public is also welcome to join the meeting from town hall. 

Wednesday, May 3, 2023 4:30 pm Utilities and Engineering Board
The UEB meets on the first  Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– at Town Hall or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

Monday, May 8, 2023 2:00 pm  Housing and Human Services Commission
The HHSC meets on the second Monday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Regional Library or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. The HHSC has a vacancy on the commission. Join the HHSC and share your talents. 

Monday, May 8, 2023 3:00 pm  Board of Trustees Special Meeting
The BOT will be holding a special meeting on Monday, May 8 to discuss the Town's Energy Cost-Savings Contract with Honeywell International, Inc. for the wastewater treatment plant and obtaining advice as needed from legal counsel on related legal issues. Then at 6:30 pm the BOT will meet jointly with the PCDC. There will be both hybrid and in person options. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

Monday, May 8, 2023 6:00 pm  Parks and Recreation Commission
The PRC meets on the second Monday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Regional Library or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. The PRC also has a current vacancy. Bring your input and ideas and volunteer today!
