Dog Licensing Dog Park

If It's April in Lyons

It is Discount Dog Days

The Town of Lyons wants to remind all dog owners of the municipal codes and regulations for dog license and leash requirements. All residents living in the Town must obtain a dog license. It is essential for identifying lost dogs, vaccination verifications, funding dog programs and resources, and allowing for peace of mind in the community. Throughout the month of April, licensing your dog(s) couldn't be cheaper! From April 1 to April 30, the Town of Lyons will be offering discounts on dog licenses - just in time for the new season.

Discount Dog Days (April 1 - April 30)
First dog: $20.00
Each additional dog: $15.00

What is the fee for?

Your dog license fees help pay for dog cleanup stations and bags and the Lyons Dog Park. Plus, licensing your pets helps in returning a lost pet to its owner.

Broadway Improvements Update

The Town of Lyons advertised a request for construction bids in January and again in March and received bids that were over the available budget. The Town and the engineering consultant along with CDOT have updated the scope-of-work to allow for more competitive bids to be received and the request for new bids was posted last week. Once a contractor is selected, a start date will be communicated.

Thank you for your continued patience and support.
