Board of Trustees Meeting Recap

Highlights from the April 3BOT Meeting:

The Board of Trustees met for their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 3, 2023.  They held a  workshop ahead of the meeting. The meeting included two public hearings, the consent agenda, general business items and more. The BOT approved Ord. 1143  amending a section of the LMC to allow for an increase in the maximum capacity of customer owned generation of electricity to 25 kilowatts, up from 10 kilowatts. Ord. 1144 approved a sale of town land at 2157 Apple Valley Rd.  View a brief recap of the meeting.
